The V&A Museum in London commissioned me to design their audience segmentation project, in close collaboration with a researcher. For internal use only, the goal of the project is to take a deep dive into the museum’s varied audience and split them into six segments which are based on behaviours and attitudes as opposed to demographic stats. I worked closely with the researcher to analyse the data and identify appropriate visual solutions to bring the information to life. I developed a booklet design with a modular layout system to allow flexibility for varying types of information. I also created a set of icons which represent each audience segment.
